Returns Eligibility

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was sent. If you require an exchange, please contact us with your order details and supporting photographs where necessary.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied item.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels without proof of shipment.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Refund & Returns Policy.
